DIET PLAN FOR DIABETIC
Diabetes is a sensitive disease that depends on nutrition. Since Diabetes is a chronic disease related to energy production in our body, patients should pay special attention to their eating habits. They should organize their daily meals according to their own body needs and, if necessary, they should supplement their body with snacks.
Diabetic diet is important. As it is known, daily meals consist of three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). These meals are of course mostly valid for healthy individuals. Diabetics should add three snacks (morning, afternoon snack and before going to bed) in addition to these main meals. Diabetics should pay attention to their diet list and know that their nutrition will be regulated when they are determined.
