Goldfish Aquarium Care

1. A goldfish tank needs at least a 10% partial water change weekly, depending on how many fish live in the tank. When you start neglecting to clean your water, your fish's life is in danger.
2. To remove algae, start by scrubbing the walls of the aquarium with a stiff brush. A cleaning attachment is perfect for scrubbing the aquarium walls.
3. Remove 10 to 20 percent of the water with an apparatus and replace it with fresh water treated with a water conditioner.
4. If you need to do a deep clean, vacuum the gravel/stones using an aquarium cleaning attachment.
5. Depending on the type of filter you use, you should wash it or replace it with a new one once a week.

Feeding Your Goldfish

Feed your fish twice a day with high-quality flakes or pellets formulated especially for them.
